Jay E. Sibel - Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Mr. Sibel was brought in from Texas Instruments to oversee all Information Technology related fields. Job duties include Visual Basic, Java, and C++ programming, web site development, and design strategies. He has an Associate degree in Compter Programming from Pima College, and is a certified WebMaster.
